Sooo... let me get it right.

There are so many ways that you can fight against a echo shadow form assassin in PvP, that they took away Chillblains?

It will be a fun weekend in RA

terrible balance update ... no fix to thumperway (you think decreasing health of spirits will affect them ? no it will only give the soul reaping powered healers quicker energy YOU SHOULDNT GET ENERGY FROM SPIRITS FULL STOP.... )

here ill do your job for you go take a look at :

SOUL REAPING
Dancing Daggers
Deadly Paradox
Light of deliverance (most meta skill theres ever been)
DEFENSIVE ANTHEM
AURA OF STABILITY

Make hammer bash strength line with 50% failure below 4 strength , job done.

Basically the new players handbook garentees that you will get your rank 5 in one faction just for completing the main quests. I guess it's good in a way, but now I feel like a schmuck for farming my faction for my armor.

Lots of good things in this update ...

But ... oh ... no ... they nerfed my poor crippled Paragon again ... two nerfs and no buffs for the Paragon ... I am so sad ...

why do people think that Agressive refrain didn't get hurt?

Do you like a 60AL para? No...

Do you want your monk spending 5e every 5-10 seconds removing a condition from your para? No...

Agressive refrain is Re-Applied every time a shout or chant ends on you... ummm... so... you're either looking at a 60AL para, or a monk who has to remove that condition every time its applied when in battle.

I don't know about you, but I tihnk that's a significant nerf...

Interesting to say the least.

The echo shadow sin is still annoying...

I dont think Seraphic is counting Paragon shields in... >.> but thats just me nitpicking.

I was waiting for an aggressive refrain nerf...but i didnt expect THAT. I expecting something like diminishing returns on each re-application.

I don't see the big deal it costs 25 energy to set up (aggressive refrain) Then you actually have to spam a shout the entire time. The only way that might be "imbalanced" is in pvp.

Rangers have their preparation that gives them nonstop attack speed. Warriors have quite a few. Ritualists have a non strippable ias in the form of a fast casting weapon.

I also hate the gfte nerf. I want to see some other adrenaline skills that would be spammed (ex. fear me) get a 4-5 second nerf and see how many complain over that. Just because a skill can help a lot by using adrenaline gaining skill to spam it. Doesn't need to be nerfed.

sure shields count, but only if you're facing the direction of damage.

Ok, let me re-word my aforementioned statement: Do you want Paragons with a conistent re-applying -20 AL condition every time a chant or shout ends on them?

I think not, thus making the AR nerf more significant than people are making it out to be.

Iam unable to get new Hero or Dungeon blank books. You can only deliver them one time now?

Upon further thought I like what they have done with the handbooks. You complete the main storyline and you get enough faction to be able to buy one style of armor. So for those that would prefer to farm it, they can, and those that don't want to have to farm it, can just play the story line. Not bad really.

Im not at home (forum chat from work!) so i cant really say how AR's exact effect is, the wording is kinda vague.

So its re-applying cracked armor each time it is renewed?

I cashed in 2 player handbooks on 2 different characters and got 2 new ones as well. Did you cash in the old one and did you ask the right 'questions' to get a new one?
